Project-based AI practice for graduates in IT, marketing and design.
Explore pathwayCreative Grounds equips people in Namibia with the digital, creative and professional skills needed to present, deliver and grow their work in international markets.
Creative Grounds prepares self-employed people, graduates and creative professionals for international clients and markets — through modern technology, professional digital standards, strong communication and applied creative practice. AI is important, but it is part of a wider toolkit.
Creative Grounds is not an AI-only training offer. It is a market-readiness lab: people learn current tools, professional workflows and creative standards that help them present and deliver work to international clients.
Creative Grounds builds on Plenum Communications’ long-standing programme and production experience: EU projects and programme delivery since 2017, more than 300 people advised, trained or supported, and 150+ CGI and visualisation projects delivered for clients.
Ivailo Ivanov and Noé Tortosa presented Plenum’s MediaLab approach at re:publica 2026: project-based, AI-supported learning for creative and media professions, rooted in Plenum’s 3D practice and education-project experience since 2017.
