- Digital basics, safe account use and confidence in everyday tools.
- AI introduced through simple tasks, plain-language prompts and checking exercises.
- A skills profile, accurate CV, short professional profile and tailored application materials.
- A small sample task in administration, customer communication, marketing or design.
Development conditions
This pathway depends on suitable local cooperation, support capacity and financing. A possible pilot could comprise around 20 guided hours plus an initial skills check, developed with an appropriate local education or employment organisation.
